About my Practice
My practice is based at Zwavelstream Clinic (off Atterbury Road) in close proximity to surrounding suburbs of Woodhill, Mooikloof, Menlyn, Waterkloof, Brooklyn, Garsfontein, Faerie Glen, and Olympus.
I work on the premise that clients are unique and treatment approaches are individually tailored to meet the specific needs of clients. Facilitating the process of self-exploration and growth, therapy with me provides the opportunity to explore and understand experiences and personal challenges within a professional relationship of confidentiality, trust and acceptance.
I aim to help clients free themselves from the hurts of the past so that they can live healthier, meaningful lives in the present. As such my approach is eclectic and I draw on tools and techniques from various approaches based on best practice and client needs. These tools include BWRT, hypnosis, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, among others.
Passionate about improving relationships, I also work with couples in the varying stages of their relationship including pre-marital therapy, couples in distress, and divorcing couples and their children.
